I am organizing a ski trip? Who is responsible?
I plan to organize a ski trip on February 2, 2008 at Alpine Meadows Ski resort in Tahoe, California. I expected about 40-50 people attending. Most of them tend to be teenagers. If one of them is injured on the ride bus in a way, it would be the responsibility of Quality Travel Insurance or mine. (This is the bus company, I am using). If they are injured, while that somehow skiing at Alpine Meadows is the responsibility of Alpine Meadows or mine? Basically, I was wondering if I need to buy a type of insurance?
Insurance is always a good idea, but the limit to what can really be considered ()…. Not a lot is not taking the bus, and it is as if they were to maintain your box ….. if you call an insurance agency, I am sure it will have an adjustment program to pay something (useless), but mostly you should be in the clear occasion ….. good, and fun!
