2001 Yamaha Waverunner XL700?

Could someone help me GI loan to buy the jet-ski out of someone. Does anyone know how fast that a jet ski can be done? And the stock ….. How many hours is reasonable on a jet ski? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!
